Aumvedas Academy celebrated its first anniversary last month. We had many special offers throughout the month of November, it was very exciting.

Who is Aumvedas? Aumvedas was founded and brought into existence by Angela Hutcheon and myself, Catherine Dunne. Angela is a well-respected Psychic Medium in her circle of Mediums. Angela’s passions are the subjects Pleiades, Lemuria and Atlantis, but also Crystals. Angela has an ever-increasing power when giving distant Attunements. Me, Catherine, come from a different avenue altogether. Spiritual I am and trained in the Taoist Cosmic Healing. A different kind of energy healing, connecting with the energy of Universe, making Chi flow and more. Part of this is showing gratitude to your body, learning how the Seasons are connected to your Organs, learning the Organ Specific Breathing Exercises and more. I am also a Reiki Grand Master and enjoy combining the two modalities. I specialise in Chakras and Dowsing.
I am also, because of these specialties, an Intuitive Adviser/Healer.

Angela and I are Yin and Yang. We complement each other and with our gifts, we are continuously building on our present knowledge base; and our aim is to share this. Writing Home study courses can be challenging, but we both enjoy them.

We also now have joined IEaSLC Attunement Shop with Aumvedas Academy. Unlike some Online Attunement Shops, we do not just send the Attunement via Chi Ball, but prefer to do this as a One on One. This way the Attunement received is more effective and quite powerful. Christmas Recipe:

Bring this easy Christmas eggnog recipe into your home this winter. 
You won't believe how simple it is to make.
Prep time: 12 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes
Servings: 10 people
Ingredients
6 medium eggs (yokes separate)
500ml full fat milk
150g Shamrock Golden Caster Sugar
400ml double cream
350ml bourbon or rum
Freshly grated nutmeg



Preparation
Separate the egg yolks from the whites (you will need to keep the whites).
Freeze the egg whites until you are ready to use them (or keep them to the side if you are making the eggnog instantly).
Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with 100g of caster sugar. You want the same yellow colour you would get if you were whisking for an omelette
Add the milk and cream and alcohol to the mix.
In a different bowl, whisk the egg whites with the remaining 50g of sugar.
Combine the two mixtures. Stir well.
Pour into tumbler glasses and grate nutmeg on top.
The best way to make eggnog is to do your prep two days before and freeze your egg whites in the freezer, and chill your yoke mixture in the fridge separately. The alcohol that sits in the yoke mixture acts as a preservative.
*This recipe features raw eggs is unsafe for pregnant women.

AUMVEDAS ACADEMY - ROOT RACES - WHO WERE THEY?

These races existed mainly on now-lost continents . Blavatsky's model was developed by later theosophists, most notably William Scott-Elliot in The Story of Atlantis (1896) and The Lost Lemuria (1904).
