AUMVEDAS ACADEMY HO'OPONOPONO PENDULUM




Ho'oponopono is a profound gift which allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past.

The word Ho’ oponopono In Hawaii, Ho´oponopono is known as a process of “mental cleansing” by means of prayer, confession, discussion, repentance and forgiveness. The expression “Ho’ is related to the process of group peace-making and conflict resolution. (In other fields of energy work, “Ho” is a cue word for relaxation, releasing tension). The term “pono” is related to a good action, righteousness, good moral qualities, correct behaviour and virtuous action.

  “Ponopono” means to do things righteously, to correct, amend, review, repair. Over the years, Hawaiian historians gathered information about this practice. They explained how the local inhabitants of these islands considered that, when someone had fallen ill, the whole family had to participate in the healing process by correcting, confessing, practicing forgiveness because they understood that somewhere down the family line, some member had broken the spiritual laws that govern them. Harmony had been disrupted. This is very interesting because it places human beings and their health in a social, family or tribal context, showing us that whatever happens to someone may not always be exclusively related to their own actions, but those of their family members …… 

At the core of the healing practice of Ho’oponopono are: forgiveness, love, a change of perspective and gratitude. These vibrational qualities have been specifically coded within the Ho’ pendulum to Aumvedas © 2016 The Online Academy help us recognize these beneficial vibrations and resonate with them in order to heal our relationships. The purpose of these blessings is to help us perform the transformations that we require in order to heal our relation to everything in life.
